"Picked up a jacket and wheel with a newly mounted tire (tire was ordered ahead of time and was in store). The employees did what they needed to and I was pleased. My one issue is the inventory, I know everyone likes to order online but I like to try stuff on before buying. It would help if more items (not just Bilt) were on hand. And $25 to mount a tire that I purchased from the store is not painful, but I would have handed $10 directly to the employee if it was a $15 store charge.
I go there because there are people who actually ride that work there. That makes a difference to me.
